You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in forfeiting your fee and session.
If you have cancelled within our 48 hour cancellation window you can receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee.
You will receive an email from our behavior software indicating it’s time to download your report and files.
You may email me with any questions you have or send a message through our booking software. If it is a lengthy question and something not communicated well over email I would encourage you to book a follow up session with me.

Absolutely. I am training YOU to work with your dog. That means that you and I will be going over what you need to do, how and when.
Believe it or not I do not want to see your dog react! Why? I’ve seen thousands of dogs react to every possible situation and know that the more your dog is triggered, the worse things become. I know how to treat the reactivity, I do not need to see your dog perform the reactivity.
